Adam assumed the position of CEO in 2007 succeeding the original founder Ned Mannai. Under Adam’s guidance the firm has grown significantly in both production and staff expertise. Adam is responsible for managing the agency’s financial performance and developing strategy. He believes establishing long-term strategic relationships with carrier and agency partners is the key to success.
Adam is current Chairman of the Legislative Committee and Board Member of the New England Surplus Lines Association (NESLA) and past President. He currently sits on Markel Insurance’s National Producer Council and was a member of Scottsdale Insurance Company’s Agency Advisory Board (AAB) and past member of the Massachusetts Association of Independent Agents (MAIA) Legislative Committee.
A graduate of Westfield State University with a major in Business Management and Finance, Adam began his career with State Street Bank and Trust Company rising to the position of Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Trust Department before joining XS Brokers.
He currently sits on a visiting committee for Pediatric Oncology at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and is involved in many philanthropic pursuits.
Adam is an avid golfer, world traveler and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and sons.
