In order to do business with XS Brokers, complete our New Agent Profile Form and provide us the two (2) documents below.  Please note, all items MUST be submitted together:

• Current copy of the agency’s E&O declaration page showing limits of at least
  $1 million aggregate
• Current agency/agent license for the state of residence
